This is a full-time Assistant Outlet Manager role located in the heart of Dubai in one of the prestigious 5‑star hotels. The Assistant Outlet Manager will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks related to customer satisfaction, people management, communication, customer service, and inventory management at the outlet.

• Assist in the management of daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Support in scheduling and supervising staff; monitor performance and provide coaching or feedback.
• Maintain high standards of quality and service in line with company policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and handling complaints professionally.
• Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and minimizing waste.
• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the outlet.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in hospitality, retail, or similar environment.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish are preferred.
