We are seeking a courteous, professional, and guest‑focused Guest Relations Executive to join our client luxury hospitality team. As a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, handling special requests, resolving concerns promptly, and enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check‑in/check‑out process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests, repeat visitors, and high‑profile clientele.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate special guest needs such as room preferences, amenities, transportation, or event bookings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, facilities, and local attractions.

• Professional appearance with a strong sense of hospitality.
• Russian Speaker
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in the entertainment industry.
