Key Responsibilities
* Help guests check in and out smoothly and assist with pre-registration.
* Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
* Manage group bookings, following standard procedures.
* Stay informed about facilities, products, and services to provide personalized service.
* Assist guests with bookings and inquiries in person or by phone.
* Handle payments via cash, credit, or debit cards, minimizing rebates.## Requirements
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Office).
* High level of professionalism and grooming.
