We are currently looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team at SUSHISAMBA
. The Reservations Agent will effectively and efficiently manage guest inquiries and customer requests, while maximizing revenue opportunities through accurate and professional handling of reservations.
- Receive, record, and maintain dining reservations accurately in the system.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, events, and special offerings.
- Coordinate waiting lists and communicate updates to the Guest Relations Manager.
- Answer all calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reservation area.
- Adhere to grooming standards and personal hygiene at all times.
- Support Hosts and Hostesses as required during service.
- Coordinate event-related reservations in close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Ensure all guests receive courteous, professional, and high-standard service that exceeds expectations.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Attend departmental briefings and contribute to open and effective team communication.
- Perform other duties related to this role as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining concept.
- Good command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and composition; proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills: prior experience with restaurant systems is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand guest needs and respond appropriately.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
