is looking for a dynamic candidate to join our Front Office team as a Guest Experience Expert
. If you enjoy working with people and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Maintain Marriott’s high standards of service
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (hotel experience is a plus)
- Good communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Opera system experience is preferred
