Key Responsibilities- Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out experience
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, inquiries, and requests with a helpful attitude
- Resolve any guest issues or concerns with care and a positive approach
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- A UAE employment visa support
- Complimentary meals prepared by our culinary team
- Company-provided transportation for your convenience
- Accommodation arranged by the company
- Training provided by experienced team members
- Previous exposure to a front desk or guest service environment is an advantage
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including morning and night shifts
