Responsibilities- Greet guests and assist with check‑in/check‑out
- Escort guests to rooms and provide personalized room orientation
- Handle unpacking/packing, garment pressing, and shoe polishing
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests
- Coordinate with departments for smooth guest experience
- Serve in‑room dining, beverages, and arrange private setups
- Ensure rooms are clean, well‑stocked, and tailored to guest preferences
- Maintain butler pantry inventory and amenities
- Collect and update guest preferences for future stays
- Upsell hotel services and enhance guest satisfaction
- 1–2 years experience in a similar luxury hospitality role
- Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Excellent communication, etiquette, and service skills
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
- High attention to detail, discretion, and guest care
- Well‑groomed and professional appearance
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
