We are seeking a Hostess who will serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and personable, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
• Provide menus, explain specials, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Assist with guest, billing, and coordination with service staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-of-house area.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support team members to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or cafés is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
