We are seeking a dynamic, highly engaging, and operationally strong Lifestyle Venue Manager (Restaurant Operations Manager) to lead one of the flagship lifestyle outlets of a prestigious hospitality group in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must bring an outgoing personality, strong presence on the floor, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of 30+ staff in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role requires excellent people management, refined guest‑interaction skills, strong business acumen, and an instinctive understanding of lifestyle dining trends.
CoreDuties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a high‑volume lifestyle dining venue
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 30+ service professionals across all shifts
- Maintain a highly engaging presence on the floor, building rapport with guests and ensuring elevated service delivery
- Drive outlet performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and hygiene compliance
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate closely with culinary, bar, events, and reservations teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle VIP guests, influencers, and high‑profile clientele professionally and discreetly
- Monitor operational KPIs including revenue, cost control, upselling, and guest feedback scores
- Oversee inventory, ordering, par levels, and supplier relations
- Implement service recoveries effectively, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution
- Identify opportunities to elevate guest experience and enhance venue visibility
- Support marketing, events, and promotional initiatives to maximize business
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a high‑volume lifestyle restaurant, lounge, or premium dining venue
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 20+ staff
- Highly outgoing, energetic, and charismatic personality—comfortable engaging with diverse guests
- Strong understanding of Dubai dining trends and lifestyle guest expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and cost control
- Solid understanding of reservations flow, table management, and guest rotation strategies
- Experience handling VIP guests and high‑profile individuals
- Proficiency in restaurant management systems (such as Seven Rooms, Open Table, Micros POS)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

This position follows a flexible operational roster aligned with high‑energy lifestyle dining venues.
Shifts will include evenings, weekends, and peak business periods.
Weekly off days will be rotational—
one day off in Week 1 and two days off in Week 2, subject to business requirements.
