Overview

One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the F&B team.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ensure all guests receive personalized and high-quality service.
  • Handle VIP guests and special requests professionally.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain 5-star service standards at all times.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and feedback. Manager in preparing annual operating budget.
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations.
  • Ensure proper table setup, hygiene, and ambiance.
  • Coordinate with kitchen for smooth food service.
  • Maintain service timing and quality control.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff.
  • Conduct daily briefings and shift meetings.
  • Ensure grooming and uniform standards.
  • Monitor staff performance and productivity.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage scheduling.
  • Monitor daily sales and revenue targets.
  • Control food and beverage costs.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Handle cash, billing, and POS systems.
  • Prepare operational reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain HACCP standards and food safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent guest handling abilities
  • Knowledge of fine dining service styles
  • Wine & beverage knowledge
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Time management & multitasking
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards
  • Worked in a luxury 5 star hotel for at least 2 years
  • Excellent communication skills in English
