• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and supplies.
