Maintenance Team Member at Fairfield Inn and Suites Dublin GA. CUSA, LLC, a hotel management company, prides itself on exceptional guest service, values associates as assets, and provides value to partners and owners.
- Maintain building and facilities including all guest rooms, lobby, public spaces, restaurant, meeting space, hallways, outdoor pool, and exterior building to ensure safety and comfort of guests and employees.
- Provide preventative maintenance, room care, and necessary repairs on all aspects of the hotel and storage facilities, including HVAC, thermostats, televisions, bathroom fixtures, furniture, and related components.
- Comply with hotel policy and procedures and the Marriott Preventive Maintenance Program in daily work.
