- Empty trash in various Departments/Buildings
- Assist with all types of building and property maintenance, change lights, tiles, etc.
- Ability to climb up and down a latter
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, multi-task and take initiative
- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals.
- Skill in operating specialized cleaning equipment (i.e.buffer, carpet shampoo machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.) and various hand tools
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend and lift up to 20 lbs.
