Custodial Leader
Location:
Laurens County Rest Areas 87 & 88
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
The Custodial Leader is responsible for supporting the Site Manager with the daily operation and supervision of custodial services at Laurens County Rest Areas 87 and 88.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the custodial team to maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained rest areas.
- Assist the Site Manager with daily operations, employee assignments, inspections, supplies, and customer concerns.
- Train and provide direction to custodial employees as needed.
- Step in and perform custodial duties when necessary.
- Assist with staffing and cover shifts when employees call out, especially on weekends, to ensure continuous service.
- Maintain a professional, dependable, and team-oriented work environment.
- Follow all company safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Custodial or related experience preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Weekend flexibility and availability to cover call-outs are required.
