Berger Communities is hiring a Floating Service Technician for our properties in Bensalem, Dublin, New Britain, and Allentown, PA. Our Maintenance Technicians do more than just fix things, they help make our communities feel like home.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
