Outlet Quality Associate - Dublin Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate executes maintenance and housekeeping initiatives at the RH Outlet in Dublin, OH, ensuring the facility meets RH quality standards. This role plans, coordinates, and performs preventive and reactive maintenance to keep interiors, exteriors, grounds, systems, and equipment functional. The associate works closely with the Outlet Team to minimize operational disruptions and maintain a safe, compliant environment.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of building interior, exterior, grounds, systems, and storage areas
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards
• Partner with the Outlet Team to address maintenance needs and uphold RH standards

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting and mobilizing up to 75 lbs and performing prolonged physical activities including standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
