Oversee and monitor the site Utility plant systems and perform repairs as necessary;
Perform preventive maintenance on Boiler and related equipment including water testing, heat exchangers, RO & soft water systems, chilled water systems, hot water heaters, pumps, valves, motors, air compressors, bearings, seals, filters;
Maintain logs, document repairs, and communicate status to Operations Manager and Lead Engineer;
Interact with management to provide repair status, work across trades to provide support, and be available for overtime or flex schedule as needed
