RADCO is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our incredibly talented team.

The Groundskeeper plays a critical role in our onsite operations since the grounds are our first opportunity at making a great first impression. The Groundskeeper reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. Theyareadaptable,detail-oriented,take initiative,exhibitpridein their work,andworkwell with others.

• Responsibleforphysically walking the propertyfrequentlytoremoveall debris,trash, and pet droppings throughout the community.
• Aware of property goals andthe condition of the property and take immediate steps toaddress any issues,concerns, or unsafe conditions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenanceonall appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager.
• Perform minor or routine maintenance or repairs, as directed.
• Remove and transfer appliances and equipment to/from storage area to apartment as circumstances warrant and assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc. to dumpster.
• Support Make Ready duties as needed, including but not limitedtotrash-out duties, repair appliances and light fixtures,and minor carpentry.

• Requires constant movement including considerable use of arms and legs, movement of the entire body such as climbing stairs and ladders,lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and handling of materials. Considerable time is spent using hands to handle, operate, activate, inspect, place, detect control or feel objects, tools or controls.
• Must be able to work from heights using ladders, scaffolds or lifts.
• Must be able to carry, move, transport, position, install, remove or continuously lift weight up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work with majority exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to shovel snow, plow and salt or use ice melt, as needed.
• Worker must be able to ascend/descend ladders. Worker must be able to meet a ladder duty rating up to Type IAA (Extra Heavy Duty) of 375 lbs. Total weight consideration includes employee weight, weight of clothing and PPE, weight of tools and suppliescarriedand the weight of tools and supplies stored on the ladder.
• Worker is regularly required to sit, talk, see and hear. The ability to communicate, speak and understand clearly is required the majority of the time.
• Ability to utilize computer hardware, including use of keyboards, mouse,and tablet.
