We are looking for a motivated new employee to join our family. Weinstein Properties is based out of Richmond, VA and has communities throughout VA, NC, TN, TX and GA.
Job TitleMaintenance Porter
LocationDuluth, GA
CompensationPay: $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses. This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule. Birthday is a paid day off!
Responsibilities- Daily grounds pick up
- Exterior maintenance – paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas
- Clean clubhouse and property amenities
- Clean swimming pool
- Preventative maintenance
Residential maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, or groundskeeping experience a plus.
