Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Porter to support property upkeep at our Duluth, GA location. The role includes cleaning amenities, breezeways, and assisting with pool maintenance, with daily grounds maintenance and preventative tasks to keep the community appealing.
The position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a paid birthday as a day off and potential quarterly bonuses. Prior residential maintenance or janitorial/grounds experience is a plus.
