Overview
Join us as we continue to grow in Atlanta. Weinstein Properties owns and manages our communities and is seeking a motivated new employee to join our team. Weinstein Properties is based in Richmond, VA and has communities throughout VA, NC, TN, TX and GA.
PositionMaintenance Porter — responsible for property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance at the following location:
- Duluth, GA
Pay: $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses. This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Birthday is a paid day off.
Responsibilities- Residential maintenance, janitorial/housekeeping/grounds experience is a plus.
- Daily grounds pickup
- Exterior maintenance — paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas
- Clean clubhouse and property amenities
- Clean swimming pool
- Preventative maintenance
