Entry-Level Maintenance Technician Associate

United Talent is immediately hiring Entry-Level Maintenance Technician Associates in Duluth!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with general hotel maintenance and repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to help maintain equipment and facilities
• Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Work alongside experienced maintenance staff while learning maintenance skills and procedures
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and employees
• Use basic hand tools to complete assigned maintenance tasks and repairs

Pay & Shift:

Pay starts at $18, based on experience

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Alternate weekends required

Overtime as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools
• Previous maintenance, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on experience is helpful but not required
• HVAC experience is a plus but not required
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn new skills
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the shift
• 12 Panel Drug Test required
