Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Sweetwater Terraces in Duluth, GA to oversee the general appearance and maintenance of the property and to lead the on-site maintenance staff, ensuring safety and quality for residents.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience, advanced skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems, HVAC and EPA experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license.
