Dominium Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Sweetwater Terraces in Duluth, GA. You will lead the maintenance staff and ensure the property's appearance and operations meet standards.
Responsibilities include directing maintenance personnel, handling work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating unit turnovers. A background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and EPA experience is preferred. A valid driver's license may be required.
