Position

Summary

To assist the Facilities department in maintaining student residences. This is a summer position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair furniture in student residences
  • Report all problems in kitchenette and restroom units
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks and necessary maintenance duties of residence buildings
  • Perform various carpentry work as requested
  • Perform minor electrical/plumbing repairs and modifications
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications
  • Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional, tactful, and courteous manner
  • Knowledge of carpentry, electrical work, and/or plumbing
  • Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern’s mission, Doctrinal Statement and Declaration of Christian Community
