Position: Housekeeping Lead Full time or Part time

Description

We’re looking for additional dependable, detail-driven Housekeeping Leads to help guide our team and ensure every guest walks into a space that feels clean, comfortable, and ready to enjoy.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead and support the housekeeping team during daily operations
  • Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure top-quality standards
  • Help train new team members and reinforce best practices
  • Assign tasks and keep the team on pace during busy shifts
  • Communicate with maintenance and front desk on room status and needs
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous housekeeping experience required; leadership experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to motivate and support a team Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Availability for weekends and peak resort season
