Office Cleaning & Stocking Coordinator (Part‑time)
AboutThe Role
The role is a part‑time Office Cleaning & Stocking Coordinator supporting the daily operations and appearance of the Duluth office. It ensures a clean workspace, maintains stocked break room supplies, and supports daily office needs. Schedule is flexible, anticipated 5‑10 hours per week.

The Right Attitude, Ownership, and Constant Improvement. - Perform weekly cleaning of the Duluth office: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize countertops, tabletops, and desks.
- Dust surfaces and clean office windows as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling throughout the office.
- Maintain stocked break room supplies, including snacks, coffee, and beverages.
- Purchase and restock office cleaning supplies.
- Monitor and purchase paper goods such as paper towels, napkins, tissues, plates, and utensils.
- Purchase and restock miscellaneous office supplies including printer paper, ink, pens, and other general needs.
- Communicate proactively when supplies are running low.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent quality and reliability.
- Complete duties outside of normal office hours when possible to minimize disruption (early mornings, evenings, or weekends).
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, office support, or similar responsibilities preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift and carry light to moderate supplies estimated up to 40 pounds.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and consistent in attendance.
- Flexible availability to work outside standard business hours.
- Accrued PTO: 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

- Overtime & Holiday Pay: 1.5× hourly wages for hours worked on holidays or over 40+ hours per week.
