MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Field Service Technician
, internally known as Technical Representative, to join our Duluth, MN team. The primary focus is to set up and calibrate new machines. Additional areas as needed will be: assisting with installs, fill in as support to the warehouse and other duties as assigned while training onsite.

• Maintain and properly document inventory and required paperwork.
• Unboxing and setting up new machines.
• Update settings on Machines.
• Calibrate machines based on guidelines.
• Assist with machine installations as needed.
• Deliver parts or components to service technicians in the field.
• Complete assigned training and certifications.
• May lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Act as a back‑up to the warehouse team as needed.
• Adhere to MSI Metro Sales, Inc.’s service policies and procedures.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and Valid Driver's License (company vehicle provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to attain CompTIA A+ and NET+ certifications.
• Local candidates preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

• Electro‑mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Base Pay: $18-$20 an hour + individual performance bonus and additional incentives.
