Heirloom Vacations is hiring dependable, detail-oriented housekeepers to help maintain our boutique vacation rentals throughout Duluth and the North Shore.

This is a great opportunity for college students seeking full-time summer hours, as well as applicants looking for year-round part‑time or full‑time work with growth potential.

No prior housekeeping experience required — we provide paid, on‑the‑job training and welcome individuals looking to start a career in hospitality.

Applicants must have:

• Valid driver's license
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Flexible Weekday and Weekend Availability

• Clean and stage vacation rental properties to company standards
• Ensure every property is spotless, organized, and guest‑ready
• Work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines
• Communicate property needs with management and maintenance teams
