We are driven by growth, excellence, and the belief that the best ideas come from diverse perspectives.

Every facility leaves clues. A roofline, a mechanical room, a control system, a maintenance pattern, a customer concern — they all tell part of the story. As our Facility Condition/Inspection Specialist, your job is to connect those clues and turn them into insight. You'll assess building systems, document conditions, identify risks and opportunities, and help customers understand not just what is happening in their facility, but what they should do next.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Document inspection findings using field notes, photographs, measurements, and other supporting information. Prepare clear, professional reports that include prioritized findings and recommendations.
  • Develop facility condition reports that clearly communicate assessment findings, priorities, risks, and recommended next steps.

  • Maintain accurate inspection, asset, customer, and opportunity information within company software and CRM systems.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide follow-up support after assessments, proposals, and project completion.
  • Perform all work in accordance with company safety policies and procedures while representing the Company in a professional manner consistent with Jamar's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support company programs, and perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
