Job DescriptionResponsible for general maintenance in a medical specialty campus.
Education QualificationsProvides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance and repairs on various systems such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications2 years of classroom training or 2 years of experience in building maintenance. Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.
