Compensation and Shift AvailabilityStarting at $15.00/hour during probation period. Full‑time and part‑time shifts available.

- 25 years of age (unless licensed EMT or CDL, then 23+)
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Support 150 lbs (push client up ramps in wheelchairs, etc.)
- Clean DMV record, 3+ years (no more than two recorded incidents)
- No DUI, reckless driving, or driving on a suspended license in the last 5 years
- May need credentials: CPR/First Aid Certificate, State Fingerprint Clearance Card, COVID‑19 vaccination card or exemption
- Great customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- Positive can‑do attitude
- Desire to help people
- Smartphone with unlimited data plan and capabilities to utilize applications
- Reliable transportation to and from work
