- 3472 Progress Drive - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on buildings, grounds, and plant machinery/equipment;
Diagnose equipment and perform repairs, on-call for urgent repairs;
Document results and manage work orders in CMMS;
Operate forklifts/aerial lifts and follow safety protocols (LOTO, confined spaces);
Assist in maintaining safe, clean, and efficient facility
