** What you'll do*
* + You will perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per clients

+ You will conduct root cause analysis on quality failures

+ You will complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes, and communicate audits and investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management

+ You will correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians

+ You will perform quality assurance ride-along with field technician upon Operations Manager request

+ You will assist, train and supervise field technicians assigned to you

+ You will provide frequent and ongoing feedback to Field Check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages

** What you'll need*
* + You will need to be 18 years of age or older

+ You will need a High school diploma or equivalent

+ You will need good working knowledge of telecommunications construction; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various other telecommunications construction equipment, and the functionality of each; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.

+ You will need 3 years of more years of inspection experience

+ You will perform Other duties as assigned
