The COLAS agency based in Saint-Jean-de-Védas is recruiting a Mechanic on a permanent contract.

You ensure the proper functioning of the equipment necessary for the realization of the sites while ensuring its good use.

• You ensure the preventive maintenance of the equipment: you participate in the organization of maintenance, prioritize interventions, prepare the equipment for regulatory controls, ensure the good traceability of interventions...
• You are in charge of the follow-up and troubleshooting of the equipment: you inspect the machines, diagnose breakdowns, prioritize the resolution and interventions, evaluate the duration of immobilization, carry out repair work...
• You identify the needs for parts and make purchase requests respecting the administrative procedures
• You manage the follow-up of the activity: you make intervention and equipment inspection reports, planning and you record the tasks carried out within the deadlines stipulated
• You advise the operators on the ground: you ensure the good use of the equipment, you identify and correct bad practices
• You ensure the respect of the QHSE approach: you ensure the application of the rules of safety, quality and environment, you identify, alert and act if necessary concerning risky attitudes on the ground or in the workshop

You have a Bac Pro or BTS in Maintenance of construction or agricultural equipment and you have significant experience in a similar position.
