Durango School District Student Level Cleaner, Adjunct

Job Title

This position is 3 hours per day. Shifts available are: 4:00 - 7:00 pm, 4:30 - 7:30 pm, and 5:00 - 8:00 pm during the school year. Summer work may be available for this position.

• Student must be currently enrolled as a student at Durango High School or Durango Big Picture High School
• Student must be at least 15 years of age

• Sweeping with a broom and dust pan set up
• Sweeping using vacuums, including vacuum backpacks
• Removing trash and recycling from the interior of the building - trash and recycling is collected and removed from receptacles in the building, and is moved to exterior dumpsters
• Cleaning white boards and chalk boards
• Cleaning the tops of surfaces such as tables and desks
• Working outside to include, shoveling snow, minor grounds maintenance, picking up trash (will only occur during daylight hours)
