Olympus Property is seeking a Groundskeeper in Durango, CO to create a clean, welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather, maintaining curb appeal, and trash pickup in common areas, as well as assisting with light cleaning and repairs before move-ins.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, full-time. Candidates should have landscaping/grounds/facilities/janitorial experience, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and a commitment to safety.
