CAF Management, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance at our apartment communities. You’ll lead repairs, preventive maintenance, and service requests while mentoring the maintenance team to meet safety and quality standards.
You will manage parts, coordinate vendor work, and participate in on-call rotations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, strong HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills, and the ability to lead a small team onsite.
