Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting a Field Guide for a luxury safari lodge in Ballito. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable guide to deliver memorable safari experiences to guests in a high-end lodge environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct guided game drives and walking safaris for guests

• Share knowledge of wildlife, ecosystems, and conservation

• Ensure guest safety and provide exceptional customer service

• Assist with vehicle and equipment maintenance

• Monitor and track wildlife sightings and lodge trails

• Support the lodge team in daily operations as required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Field Guide, preferably in a luxury lodge environment

• Relevant qualifications (FGASA or equivalent) advantageous

• Strong knowledge of wildlife, conservation, and bushveld etiquette

• Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to live on-site and work flexible hours
