Our Meetings & Events teams support companies and private groups in creating exceptional events. You will take part in organizing team‑building sessions, festive evenings and conferences, among others — over 900 events a year. Whether facing the summit of Mont Blanc or standing on a tropical beach, you will turn every event into an unforgettable experience thanks to state‑of‑the‑art facilities and Club Med’s unique atmosphere of celebration and connection.

are
  • Organized, able to plan and manage projects from start to successful completion
  • Responsible, comfortable managing teams and priorities with leadership and precision
  • A communication expert, skilled in creating engaging events that highlight a brand or theme
  • Curious, always attentive to the wide as and trends to optimize the guest experience
You will
  • Ensure the execution of high‑quality services and the smooth over all running of event operations
  • Coordinate and supervise teams involved (Meetings & Events, technical staff, catering, logistics) to guarantee flawless operations
  • Propose creative and innovative solutions to enhance event experiences, within defined budgets and client expectations
  • Drive the financial performance and profitability of seminars and events while achieving targets
  • Collaborate with Resort departments to integrate each event seamlessly into daily Resort activities
  • Build guest loyalty by delivering excellence and ensuring each client enjoys a memorable, harmonious experience
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories. Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion with an multicultural team.
