Summary/Objective:
Responsible for performing specialty cleaning services at designated areas/locations. Specific tasks may not be consistent from day-to-day, therefore, candidate must be flexible both performing the assigned duties and in the work schedule. Some of the tasks include but are not limited to:

• Carpet extraction and cleaning
• Floor burnishing
• Strip & wax of VCT Floors
• Strip & recoat of other floor surfaces (concrete, etc.)
• Polish & refinish of precious stone and metal surfaces (granite, marble, brass, etc.)
• Upholstery cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Exterior Window cleaning
• Emergency response services (water & fire damage)
• Remediation services (water, mold, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to travel to work and if required to work at several locations, possess validate driving license with a record in good standing
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction
• Ability to communicate effectively
• CCT or CCMT and FCT certification preferred
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations

Work Environment:
This position may be performed in several environments, including but not limited to: professional offices, medical offices, surgical centers, hospitals, laboratories, schools, museums/attractions, manufacturing plants, distribution and shipping centers, child care facilities and other facilities. This role routinely uses standard commercial cleaning equipment, floor burnishers, side by side among others, and supplies, such as vacuums, dust mops, wet mops, carts, etc.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, many times in a repetitive motion and pattern. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, bend-forward, crouch or crawl.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds over their shoulder. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
