Job Title: General Operations Specialist

Location: Research Triangle Park

The General Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing fleet management, landscape projects, and general maintenance across a 180-acre campus. This hands-on position combines outdoor work, contractor coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring the campus operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Fleet Management: Oversee vehicles, equipment, and powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Campus Maintenance: Manage general maintenance and landscaping projects across the campus grounds.
• Outdoor Work: Engage in hands-on, outdoor tasks involving equipment care, maintenance, and coordination with contractors.
• Administrative Tasks: Use Microsoft products for maintaining records, inspections, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordination & Oversight: Collaborate with teams and contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with fleet management, landscape projects, and general maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work outdoors and handle hands-on tasks.
