Position
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Sankofa Landing apartment community located in Durham, NC.
Responsibilities- Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve our apartment communities.
- Work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
- At least two years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification and working experience required.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Ability to prioritize, plan work activities and use time efficiently.
- Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license.
