Groundskeeper​/Porter

Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Envolve is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper/Porter to work at Cedar Trace Apartments in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property policies.
• Responsible to be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Responsible for assisting with make readies.
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. General maintenance experience preferred.

Reliable transportation required.

Drug testing and criminal background check required.

Part time, 25 hours per week - $19 per hour.
