Job Overview
Interior Repair Technician – No Experience Needed. Training is fully paid, including travel, food, and transportation. After training, compensation is a combination of hourly wage and commission, with uncapped earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $110,000+ annually.
Responsibilities- Travel to customer locations (dealerships, auctions, and more) to perform mobile interior repairs.
- Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors.
- Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like‑new condition.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a passion for quality and precision.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds.
- Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Starting compensation is $21.00 per hour. Commissions and earned potential can increase your total annual income to $60,000–$110,000+ with experience and client base expansion.
