Join our team in Mebane, NC! We are hiring cleaners to work with us in a top-notch distribution center, full of excellent amenities, well-designed spaces, and an unparalleled work environment.

Pay: $15.25/hour — and yes, we pay weekly!

Enjoy a 4-day workweek with a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either weekend day is preferred!

We offer both day and night shift options, so you can choose the schedule that fits your life:

• Day shift 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night shift 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM

We conduct a 7-year background check and drug screening before hiring. You must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.

Cleaning staff:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cleaning bathrooms, break rooms, the refrigerator, the office, the training room, the security area, the prayer room, the nursing room for mothers, the locker rooms, the water fountains, and other assigned tasks. General warehouse tasks, such as taking out the trash, cleaning containers, and cleaning stations, will be determined based on business needs.

Work conditions:

• May require working overtime.
• Work may be performed inside or outside, in various buildings and weather conditions.
• Extended walking or standing periods.
• Lifting/carrying objects generally 50 pounds or less. Walking/standing (85-90% of shift), climbing stairs, bending, and stretching.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Cleaning-related experience preferred. Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and behavior. Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy in all interactions. Possess initiative and good judgment to evaluate and react to situations. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time-sensitive situations. Problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.

Ability to work with minimal supervision, read/understand detailed instructions, and process information with accuracy and clarity. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
