Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Building Maintenance, Facility Maintenance
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities associated with daily meetings and perform various room setups according to specifications in work orders.
- Provide a high quality of service to customers.
- Review and complete work orders generated by the customer.
- Ensure rooms are fully operational by conducting weekly checks.
- Assemble furniture such as tables and chairs according to the configuration of the floor plan/layout requested.
- Help set up, install, troubleshoot, and maintain technology and equipment.
- Store, maintain, and track equipment inventory.
- Keep up with technology developments and make recommendations for the use of new technology.
- Ensure new and existing technology is collaborative with the other tools used in the company.
- Monitor live feeds to ensure quality, diagnose, and resolve problems.
- Comply with company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
- Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED with 6 months - 1 year of experience.
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations completed.
- All safety and task‑training certifications completed.
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
- No supervisory responsibilities.

Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
