Job Summary

The Maintenance Manager leads facility upkeep, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvements. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on technical expertise, and a commitment to driving performance while fostering a safety‑focused culture.

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and system upgrades while managing vendor relationships.
• Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team, ensuring operational efficiency and growth.
• Monitor and optimize budget performance and maintenance KPIs such as cost per pound.
• Maintain compliance with USDA, HACCP, and industry sanitation standards.
• Supervise large‑scale maintenance projects and facility rebuilds.

• Facility Maintenance & Operations – Managing repairs, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Equipment & Systems Knowledge – Expertise in mechanical systems, refrigeration, electrical wiring, and PLC programming.
• Regulatory Compliance – In‑depth understanding of HACCP, USDA sanitation guidelines, and pre‑operation checks.
• Financial Management – Experience in cost analysis and budget oversight.
• Technical Problem‑Solving – Skilled in welding, pneumatics, motor controls, and other maintenance techniques.

• Leadership & Team Building – Ability to mentor, guide, and motivate direct and indirect maintenance teams for operational success.
