Why Work Here?

You will join a modern, team-based manufacturing environment that invests in training and skill development, including dedicated training hubs and hands-on learning with equipment off the production floor. The organization emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and reliability, offering a clear pathway for motivated individuals to grow from TPM support into the maintenance department. You will work with advanced technologies such as CNC machines, robotic welders, and multi-axis robots, gaining valuable experience that supports long-term career development in industrial maintenance.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility designed to support safe and efficient work. You will work around CNC equipment, robotic welders, multi-axis robots, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems. The schedule follows a weekend shift from Friday to Monday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
