Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training

What You’ll Do

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on a variety of vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.

Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.

Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive, paid training (8 weeks of hands‑on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included).

Unlimited, uncapped earning potential – the more you master your craft, the more you can make. Starting compensation is $21.00/hour, with a phased increase to a combination of hourly rate and commission as you build your customer base.
